How do you document weddings?

Our approach is documentary-style and laid-back, meaning we capture your day as it naturally unfolds — the laughter, the tears, the quiet glances, and the spontaneous dance moves. We love to melt into the background when needed, letting moments happen organically, but we’ll never hesitate to step in and cheer you on when it’s time to let your personalities shine.
Every couple has their own unique vibe, and we take that seriously (but never ourselves too seriously). Whether your day is timeless and elegant or wild and carefree, we’ll document it in a way that feels just like you — all the big emotions, behind-the-scenes magic, and everything in between.
Where are you based and do you travel?
Magic & Muse is based in Upstate New York, tucked away in the heart of the Adirondacks, surrounded by towering trees, crisp mountain air, and endless inspiration. 🌲✨
While the Adirondacks are home, my camera and I are always ready for an adventure. Whether you’re planning a destination wedding, an intimate elopement, or a celebration halfway across the world, Magic & Muse is your go-to travel companion — capturing every moment with heart and a little bit of wanderlust.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our local area — but trust me, I’ll never say no to new scenery and a great love story.
When will we get our galleries?
The morning after you say “I do,” you’ll wake up to a 60–90 second video recap of your big day — a little sneak peek to relive all the magic before the coffee even brews. ☀️💍
Then, within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive your full wedding content gallery — all the behind-the-scenes moments, the happy tears, the laughter, and everything in between.
No waiting months to relive the best day ever — just instant memories, beautifully captured and ready to share. ✨
What exactly will we receive?
All Magic & Muse weddings come with a recap video and a prefilled photo story template, so you can share your big day effortlessly — no stressing about what to post or how to piece it all together. 💫
You’ll also receive a collection of reels, unedited raw video clips, and photos capturing every detail, behind-the-scenes moment, and everything in between.
The number of reels, videos, and images you receive varies depending on your package and coverage, but as a general guide, it’s usually about one reel per hour (so a 4-hour wedding = around 4 reels).
But let’s be honest — I love what I do, so there’s almost always a little extra magic tucked in. 😉✨
